Shipping Domestic

Our Standard Shipping varies from depending on total weight of your order. 

Standard Shipping for live plants is USPS Priority mail, which takes 1-3 business days to arrive after shipping depending on your location. Other items may ship out UPS Ground, with a transit time of 3-6 business days.

Shipping International

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, excluding plants. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, please contact us and we will reply with further instructions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. However, should your plant arrive damaged, we'll happily replace it for you or issue you a refund. Please examine your order for discrepancies upon arrival and send photos of the item within 48 hours to Hello@landmarkplantco.com and we will reply with further instructions.

Please note: Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Landmark Plant Co. is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. Please do not ship any packages back to Landmark Plant Co. without prior authorization.
